By accessing or using the CrickStack website, mobile application, or any associated services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
The Service is provided for the purpose of managing, following, and participating in cricket league activities including live scoring, fixtures, statistics, player profiles, and league news. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the spirit of fair play.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not use the Service to post offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
- Automated access (scraping, bots) is prohibited without prior written consent.
Player and Team Data
Player names, statistics, and match data published on this platform are part of the official league record. By registering as a player, you consent to your name and cricket statistics being displayed publicly on the league website and mobile application.
Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including text, graphics, logos, match data, and software — is the property of the league organiser or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Disclaimers
The league organisers make every effort to ensure that scores, statistics, and results are accurate. However, we do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of technical issues. In the event of a discrepancy between the digital scorecard and the official paper scorecard signed by the umpires, the paper scorecard shall prevail.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the league organisers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury sustained during a match.
Match Rules and Disputes
All matches are played in accordance with the league's official playing conditions. Disputes must be raised with the match referee before the teams leave the ground. The league's decision on all on-field matters is final.
Changes to These Terms
The league reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of this page.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the league's registered city.
