Who we are

This website and its companion mobile app ("the Service") are operated by the league organiser to run cricket tournaments: fixtures, live scores, player statistics, auctions and news.

Information we collect

• Account details — name, email address, phone number and an optional profile photo, provided by you when you register or sign in with Google / phone OTP.
• Cricket profile — date of birth, address, PIN code, playing role and photo, provided by you when you apply to join a league as a player.
• Push notification token — if you install the mobile app and allow notifications, a device token is stored so we can send match alerts (start, wickets, results). No location or contact data is ever collected.
• Usage analytics — if enabled by the site admin, Google Analytics collects anonymised page-view statistics (IP addresses are anonymised).
• Advertising — if enabled by the site admin, Google AdSense / AdMob may use cookies or an advertising identifier to show ads. See Google's own privacy policy for details.

How we use it

Your data is used only to run the league: showing scorecards and player pages, printing ID cards and certificates, running auctions, and sending match notifications you asked for. We never sell your data or share it with third parties beyond the processors named above.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and personal data at any time from My Account → Delete my account inside the app or website, or by visiting our account deletion page. Match statistics (runs, wickets) remain in anonymised form because they are part of the league's historical record.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed (never in plain text), all traffic is served over HTTPS, and access to personal details is restricted to league administrators.

Children

The Service is intended for general audiences. Junior players are registered by their league organiser with parental consent obtained by the league.
