Common Questions

Do I need a server to run this?

No. Your licence includes hosting on our platform. Each account gets its own subdomain (yourleague.crickstack.com) with SSL. You can also self-host on any shared hosting that runs PHP 7.4+ and MySQL.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, on the Elite plan you can point any domain or subdomain to your account. Pro and Starter use your free crickstack.com subdomain.

How does live scoring work?

An assigned scorer opens the console on any browser (phone, tablet, or laptop) and enters each delivery. The live page updates automatically — no app install needed for spectators.

Is the player auction live or offline?

Fully live. Team owners bid in real time from any device. Wallets deduct instantly, bid history is preserved, and the auctioneer can undo any bid.

Can I run multiple leagues simultaneously?

Yes — Pro allows 3 concurrent leagues, Elite is unlimited. Each league has its own teams, schedule, and points table.

What happens when my licence expires?

You get a 7-day grace period. Scoring and admin editing are paused after that, but all public pages and scorecards remain visible so spectators can still view results.

Is there a mobile app for scorers?

Yes — a lightweight Android app is available on the Play Store. The full web console also works perfectly on mobile browsers with no install required.
